The Opportunity

Polls continue to indicate that the majority of employees, 71% (Gallup 10/2011,) are not actively engaged in their jobs. Engagement levels can provide unique insight into how effectively an organization is operating, with low engagement representing a loss in the system.  Understanding engagement and intentionally creating a culture to support it translates to higher productivity, customer service levels, quality, retention and profit.
